Naja Run Method™
Eight weeks of running, strength, and reflection that carry you to a 5-mile finish — walking, jogging, or running. Run coaching with Leanna, yoga for runners with Stevie, and a journal that trains your mind as much as your miles.
Choose your level: Beginner, Jogger, or Intermediate to Semi-Advanced. Every week pairs your runs with a theme, an intention, journal prompts, and a verse to carry with you.

Questions
Which level should I choose?
Beginner if you are new to running — Week 1 starts with a 1-mile test and walk/jog is always welcome. Jogger if you can already jog a couple of miles. Intermediate to Semi-Advanced if you comfortably run 4–6 miles and average 15–30 miles a week.
Do I have to run the whole time?
No. Walk/jog is built into every level, and the plans show you exactly how to use it. The goal is to cross a 5-mile finish line — walking, jogging, or running.
What do I need?
Running shoes, a place to walk or run, and a printer for your journal. That's it. No treadmill required.
What race do I sign up for?
Any 5-mile (or 8K) race about 8 weeks out — or map your own 5-mile route and make Week 8 your race day. Write it on the first page of your journal.
Ready to run?
Eight weeks from now, you will cross a 5-mile finish line. Pick your level, print your journal, and start with Week 1.
