Each class is designed to be effective, accessible, and grounding, offering meaningful movement that fits real life and supports sustainable well-being, guided by moving with purpose.
Stevie Robinson teaches with a strong, intentional approach that balances athletic movement with grounding moments of breath and presence. Her classes are thoughtfully structured to challenge the body while remaining accessible, creating space to slow down, reset, and move with awareness.
A 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), 220-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), and Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA), Stevie brings a performance-informed perspective shaped by mobility, recovery, and functional strength. Her classes encourage students to feel both supported and empowered—building strength without losing connection, and effort without overwhelm.
Rooted in a holistic, faith-led philosophy, Stevie believes movement is a form of care for the whole person. Each class is an invitation to move with intention, reconnect with the body, and experience movement as
“movement is medicine.”

Shania Johnson teaches with an intentional, breath-led approach rooted in strength and fluidity. Drawing from over two decades of competitive and professional dance experience, her classes blend athletic movement with control, mobility, and deep body awareness. Each practice is thoughtfully paced, balancing stretching and strengthening so students can move with purpose rather than rush.
As a yoga instructor focused on mobility, longevity, and embodied movement, Shania is also the creator of the Body Language method—an approach that weaves dance mechanics into yoga to support joint health and sustainable strength. Her classes are designed to challenge while still offering relief to tight joints and muscles, leaving students feeling lighter, accomplished, and deeply connected to their bodies.
With every class, Shania invites students into movement that feels nourishing, sustainable, and deeply embodied—built on “intentional strength.”

Keyana Johnson teaches with a calm, grounding presence layered with athletic, breath-led movement. Her classes are intentional and alignment-focused, blending soulful flow with strength-driven sequences that keep students fully engaged in their bodies.
With a background in weight training and cardio conditioning, Keyana’s classes are designed to challenge endurance and core strength. Students can expect to feel their abs working, their muscles shaking, and their limits tested—balanced with mindful pacing and encouragement to stretch and recover well after class.
Coming from a lifetime of sports and running, yoga is the practice Keyana has always returned to for the freedom it brings to her body. Each class invites students to meet effort with awareness and intensity with control, guided by “power through presence.”
